朝不在票が入っていたのですぐ電話してオペレーターに不在票を言い１５時〜１８時が１番早い時間帯だったのでそれで頼み「再配達の時間帯の中でも早いと不在かもとドライバーは思って遅くに来ることにするなら在宅は１２時頃からしているので１５時に来て貰って本当にいますので」と話し１８時まで待って来なかったので家の電話の履歴を見たら午前中に有り何のための電話だったのかと折り返し電話してみたらお婆さんオペレーターで「荷物のことで電話したんだと思いますよ」だけの回答５回されまくり敵わず､それから「用があれば明日電話すると思いますよ」と言われ、再配達が来ないが?…に「ここでは分からない」と言われ焦らしてから初めから言うつもりだったみたいに「営業所から電話するよう伝えてますので」と､木更津営業所から電話来て「電話した者は帰ったので用があれば明日電話すると思います」と自己中心な客に対処みたいに大柄に言われまくり敵わず、再配達が来ないと突っ込んだら男性社員に替わられ伝票番号で再配達はなしで昨日配達が終わっていると言われた。
