★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても「ノンビリ」しているお店。昼時少し外して入店。出前を受けているらしく、高齢の方が沢山のラーメンをケースに並べ、配達先に出掛けて行きました。海老＋イカ丼をオーダー。タレは少し甘めで万人向きかと思います。因みに「さかな屋」屋号なのに中華専門店なのでお間違えなく❗️
A very "non-billy" shop. I took it off a little at noon and entered the store. It seems that they are receiving delivery, and elderly people lined up a lot of ramen in the case and went to the delivery destination. I ordered shrimp + squid bowl. I think the sauce is a little sweet and suitable for everyone. By the way, even though it's called "Sakana-ya", it's a Chinese specialty store, so make no mistake ❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事途中で立ち寄りエビイカ天丼を注文。イカは柔らかいがプツンと切れる絶妙な食感、エビはアルデンテのプリプリ！甘過ぎず濃過ぎずの丼つゆで最後の一口まで美味しく頂けました。
I stopped by during work and ordered a shrimp squid tendon. The squid is soft but has an exquisite texture that cuts sharply, and the shrimp is al dente pre-prepared! The bowl was not too sweet and not too thick, and it was delicious until the last bite.

塩かつおうどんと魚天丼、イカ天丼を２人でシェアして食べました。
目当ての塩かつおうどんも美味しかったでずが、天丼のほうが味もボリュームも満足でした。
お値段もリーズナブルです。
また、居合わせた地元のお客さんや、出前の注文の様子だと、
チャーハン、野菜炒め、五目そばあたり
が人気がありそうでした。

大きい通りから一本入ると看板があります。車は 診療所の前にとめてください と教えてもらいました。
ここではしおかつおの焼き身・しおかつおうどん・しおかつおそばの３つのしおかつおシリーズが食べられます。
直接食べるとかなりしょっぱいのでご飯がセットでついてきます。初めてしおかつおを食べると話すと食べ方を教えてくれました。
小さめで薄いしおかつおの切り身・かつおぶし・ねぎ・半熟卵・天かす・なるとがそばの上に乗ってます。
そばとうどんは汁に浸ってるので切り身とご飯のセットよりも塩気が抑えられてて食べやすいです。
店主の方がとても優しいしあったかいお店でした。

If you eat it directly, it will be quite salty, so rice will come with it as a set. When I talked about eating bonito for the first time, he taught me how to eat it.
Small and thin bonito fillets, dried bonito, green onions, soft-boiled eggs, tenkasu, and bonito are on top of the soba noodles.
Soba and udon are soaked in soup, so they are less salty and easier to eat than a set of fillet and rice.
The owner was very kind and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the family run place. Food choices are amazing and very reasonable. Enjoyed my Ebi Teshoku or Shrimp Set Menu. Delicious is the only way to describe it. Looking forward to going back.
