If you rent it and eat it, it is fluffy and full and very delicious. Matcha, cocoa, and coffee cheesecake must be reserved the day before.

Not super cheesy...light and fluffy......very mild souffle cheesecake that must go great with berry jam. Very kind service. The cake is not very sweet at all. Better than expected. It is a very small small shop!!! When you eat it after it is fresh...it melts in your mouth like souffle. If you refrigerate it, the texture changes......you can enjoy it both ways. If you want to buy the tarts and such, make a reservation in advance as they are always sold out. (I did not try them yet...only the souffle cheesecake)
