★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔のエニタイムフィットネスは狭くて最低限の設備といったイメージがありましたが、ここはかなり広いスペースと豊富な設備でかなりの満足度。これだけ広いフリーウエイトスペースはなかなか無いですよ！
隣の駅の成増店とも自転車で行けば結構近いので2店舗利用できるのもいいですね。
インボディの測定器がある上にアドバイスももらえるみたいなので、トレーニングに不安感がある人にもオススメです！
 In the old days, Anytime Fitness had the image of being small and having minimal equipment, but this is a fairly large space and abundant equipment, and I am quite satisfied. It's hard to find such a large free weight space!
If you go by bicycle to the Narimasu store at the next station, it's quite close, so it's nice to be able to use two stores.
It has an in-body measuring instrument and it seems that you can get advice, so it is recommended for people who are worried about training!

成増店の３倍？くらいな広さ。
池袋店だと２倍かな。
マシンがどれも新しく、スタッフの皆さん丁寧に清掃している姿が見られました。
マシンの種類も多く、フリーウエイトのスペースも広めです。
10キロまでのセットがふたつあるので、軽いウエイトを使ってる人には使いやすいですよ。
奥の方にはパーソナルレッスンのお部屋がありました。
ストレッチのエリアがないのかと思ったら、マットを自分で敷い利用するタイプでした。
私が行ったのは、平日昼。フリーウエイトは4-５人居ましたが、マシンはガラガラでした。
ロッカーは鍵付きで安心。
近かったらこっちをメイン利用の店舗に変更するのになー。

有酸素系マシンが充実しています。
フリーウェイトエリアはパワーラックが2台スミスマシン1台。広さを勘案するとラックもう1台くらい欲しいところ。
ダンベルは50kgまであり、ダンベル用のインクラインベンチも3台あるのが◎
スタッフの方の対応もとても良いです。
