車に、ほんの5mmくらいのキズがあったと言いがかりをつけられ、かなりの高額な修理代を請求されました。ひどいことにそのキズは借り主がつけたと一方的に言いがかりをつけられました。
また修理明細も明示されず、修理外注先の修理詳細や請求の基準となる根拠も何も、客には提示できないとのことでした。
ぼったくりバーや悪質水道工事屋などと同じやり口でしょう。悪質極まりない。
調べたら、地域の評判もすこぶる悪いです。
主任役職の担当者には輩のようにキレられからまれました。感じが悪いというレベルを越えています。
弁護士、消費者センター、地元警察の刑事さんには、悪質な詐欺ではないかと相談しました。
