トレーナーさんがYouTuberで分かりやすい動画出してくれて参考になります。
 The gym is full of muscle training machines and is exactly what you want. It's great to be able to train as much as you want in the middle of the night (^ ω ^)
The trainer will put out an easy-to-understand video on YouTuber, which will be helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでトレーニングしだして７ヵ月です、なんか、コンビニに買い物しにきたぐらい、気軽に利用出来るジムです、マシンも充実バーベルも2セットplusスミスマシンplusダンベル用のベンチも２台、ダンベルも45キロまであり、最高です?

It's been 7 months since I started training here. It's a gym that you can easily use as if you came to a convenience store for shopping. There are plenty of machines. 2 sets of barbells plus Smith machine plus 2 benches for dumbbells, 45 kg of dumbbells. It ’s the best ?
I'm working hard to aim for a six pack ?
