黒	黒田敦岐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乗り換えただけですが、駅前賑やかそう。生まれたのが三反田で、確かこの辺だったかなあってぐらい（(笑)。 I just changed trains, but it seems to be lively in front of the station. I was born in Santanda, and I wonder if it was around here (laughs).
あ	あおちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR立花駅は普通のみ止まります。初めて降りましたが、駅前の雰囲気はごちゃごちゃしてて景観が下町ぽいですが、少し歩くと直ぐに住宅街があって不思議な街ですね。 JR Tachibana Station stops only at normal times. そ	そーなんですよ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR西日本管内の普通電車しか止まらない駅の乗降客数No.1の駅です。確かに駅南側には商業施設と併設のマンション群もあるため賑わいもあります。ただそろそろテコ入れ、大規模修繕をする時期になりつつあると思いました。テナントの入れ替えや計画的な修繕と投資で活性化が必要な箇所が多く見られます。デザインや街並みの陳腐化を遅らせることが重要だと感じました。北側には昔ながらの商店街が２本伸びていてお店の入れ替わりもあり、また人通りも多く、昨今多くの商店街がシャッター商店街になりつつある中では、かなり頑張っている部類の商店街だと感じました。ただ南北連絡通路はあるのだが、徒歩での往来しか出来ないためここは工夫が必要。せめて南北間は自転車での移動が出来るくらいにはしておくほうが良いと思います。 It is the number one station for passengers to get on and off at stations within the JR West jurisdiction where only ordinary trains stop. Certainly, there are commercial facilities and condominiums on the south side of the station, so it is crowded. However, I thought it was time to put in some stuff and make large-scale repairs. There are many places that need to be revitalized due to tenant replacement, planned repairs and investment. I felt it was important to delay the design and obsolescence of the cityscape. There are two old-fashioned shopping streets on the north side, and there are many shops changing, and there are many people passing by, and while many shopping streets are becoming shutter shopping streets these days, it is a kind of shopping street that is doing its best. I felt it. However, although there is a north-south connecting passage, it is necessary to devise here because you can only come and go on foot. At the very least, I think it's better to make it possible to move between north and south by bicycle.

N	Nico Lopez Exaltado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wet market, pachinko, yoshinoya, SMBC, Lawson, karaoke, restaurants, groceries etc. near the north exit(right); daiso, docomo, softbank, tsutaya, mister donut, kansai supa, passio sports and more pachinko, etc. on the south exit(left). However, if you're looking for a mall like Aeon, you won't find one here. Instead, check out Amagasaki station. I forgot the name but the mall out there is quite good. Better yet, go to Osaka!
