★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのトウシューズフィッティングを娘にさせたが、上から目線の店員にビックリした。娘は威圧感によって思い通りの感想は言えず。一足約6000円もする靴を買にくる客にあの態度をとっていられるのはすごい。日本のサービス業ではなかなか見ないのではないか。
ここでフィッティングの際は店員を選んだ方が良いです。
 I made my daughter fit my first pointe shoes, but I was surprised by the clerk looking from above. My daughter couldn't say what she wanted because of the intimidation. It's amazing to be able to take that attitude toward customers who come to buy shoes that cost about 6000 yen per pair. I think it's hard to see in the Japanese service industry.
It is better to choose a clerk when fitting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沢山の製品を扱いたいと言う、お客様目線を踏まえていて、品揃えは豊富。宝塚受験用レオタードのコーナーがあるなど、お店独自で特化した売り場を目指しているのは素晴らしい。ただ、売り場自体の面積が狭い為、物があり過ぎて、レイアウトが見辛く、ゆったりとした買い物が出来ない。買う物を決めている人にとっては、使えるお店。

トゥシューズ歴５年目で突然ネオチェリーが合わなくなってきて違うシューズを求めていました。
親切に対応していただき、チェリーと舞セシオンがどっちも良くて２足買ってしまいました。
関係の無い余談ですが、シルビアのトゥシューズのゴムはチャコット製と比べると伸びるような気がします。チャコットのゴムの感覚で付けるとシューズがゆるく感じます。

Thank you for your kindness, and I bought two pairs of cherries and Mai Sesion.
It's an irrelevant digression, but I feel that the rubber of Sylvia's pointe shoes stretches compared to the one made by Chacott. The shoes feel loose when attached like the rubber of a chacott.

小物の品揃えが充実感してて、ついつい可愛いステーショナリーを公認してしまいます。
サブナードの駐車場の近くの位置にあるので、新宿三丁目からのほうが近いかもしれません。
地下のお店なので、照度が足りなく、色味の微妙なイメージがズレる可能性があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても不親切でびっくりしました。お手洗いの場所を聞くと面倒臭そうに答え、サンプルシューズが出ていないシューズの在庫があるかと聞けば、自分で棚を開けてと返答。棚を開けてみてみると、ジュニアサイズは全くなく、それを知っていて開けてみろと言ったのかとも思いました。いくらセルフフィッティングと言っても、フィッティングする場所だけを指示し、あとは勝手にどうぞという態度はないと思いました。バレエは優雅な気持ちと共に励むものですが、バレエを全く知らない店員なのでしょうか？
買い物をするのも嫌だったので、購入しようと思っていた他の小物をあった場所に戻し、店を出たら、その店員「先ほど手に持っていたものはどうしました？」と追いかけてきました。もう2度と行きませんし、行くことはお勧めしません。

I didn't want to shop, so I returned the other small items I was thinking of buying to the place where they were, and when I left the store, the clerk asked, "What happened to what you had in your hand?" I did. I will never go again and I do not recommend going.
