★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客対応はとても良かったので板を購入したのですが、エッジのダリングをやって頂けるかお聞きした所「この板はダリングしない方がよく走るんでしなくって大丈夫です！」と言われて驚いた
昨シーズンの物は40%割引程度で売ってくれます。今年のモデルの物が欲しいなどのこだわりがない人で自分で板のメンテが出来る人にはおすすめです。

お値段も型落ちなので安かったのですが学割やプレゼントまで頂いてとても満足です、
（学生証を持ってなくて大騒ぎしましたが）

I bought my sons' snowboards, I was aiming for Burton, but I asked them to recommend a good board, although it was out of shape, and they explained it in great detail, and they also bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろいろ教えてくれて普通に良い買い物ができました。様々な評価がある接客ですが、大型量販店みたいにお客「様」って感じではないけど、お客「さん」って感じで別に腹立つことはなかったです。
スノボ用品物色時は、また訪れたいお店の一つです。

ボード用品は問題ないけど店員がヒドイ！！
他の客の悪口を他に聞こえるように言ってるは別で入店してきた友人をカモ呼ばわり、自分が在庫の確認をしたらわかんねー！系列もないですか？って聞いたらそうじゃね？で終わり
昔ブーツを買った時は問題なかったけど２度とスイッチには行きたくない！
一部店員以外はそんなことないかもだけど基本客を下にみてバカにした態度がエグい！

会話をしなければ割といい商品を置いている店である。
フルシカトでたまに利用させてもらっている。
