★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のあるお店とは違い高圧的に売りつけると言うことはなく、自分の要望に丁寧に応えてくれました！今回は、自分の欲しい板が無かったためムラスポさんでは買わないと言うことになったのですが、嫌な顔一つせず「また機会があればお願いします」と最高な笑顔で仰ってくれました。軽くイきました。最高なお店です！
 Unlike some other stores, they didn't sell at high pressure, and they responded politely to their requests! This time, I decided not to buy it at Marasaki because I didn't have the board I wanted, but instead of having a disgusting face, say "Please give me another chance" with the best smile. I did. I went lightly. The best shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神田地域はスノースポーツ店のメッカになっていますが、こちらの店舗は特にスノーボードに特化した店舗です。
スタッフは皆ライダーさんのようで接客を通じてスノボの魅力をたくさん話してくれます。
来店時は外国人のお客さんが多く、片言ではありますが一所懸命に英語で説明をされているスタッフさんに好感をおぼえました。
随所にスノボアイテムが散りばめられていてたのしく買い物が出来るお店ですね。

特に多分1番お偉い方の対応が良い
スノボショップの中で数少ないちゃんとしたお店で初心者の人にもおすすめできます

スノボエリアにいたグレーのニットを被った45〜50歳の男性の接客が酷すぎてびっくりした。
初心者だから色々教えてほしい、と伝えたところあからさまに態度を変えられ、いかにも他を当たって欲しそうな雰囲気。
「板の選び方を教えてください」と言ったところ、『一概には言えないんで、自分で考えてくださいww』とあしらわれました。
こんな酷い店初めてです。初心者だから丁寧に教えて欲しかった。二度と来ません。

I was surprised that the customer service of a 45-50 year old man wearing a gray knit in the snowboard area was too terrible.
When I told him that he was a beginner, I wanted him to teach me various things.
When I said, "Tell me how to choose a board," he said, "I can't say it unconditionally, so please think for yourself."
This is the first time for such a terrible store. I'm a beginner so I wanted you to teach me carefully. I will never come again.
