★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日買い物に伺いましたが、女性店員さんのレジ対応が非常に素っ気なく残念な気持ちになりました・・。このご時世、コロナ禍の厳しい中でも来てくれるお客さんにはもう少し明るく接客するよう教育された方が良いかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みんな帽子をかぶってみたりしていたから彼女とそこで選んでたら店員のおばさんが嫌な顔で見ていた。
目が合ったのにもじっと怖い顔で目を合わせるスキルがすごかった。
気に入った帽子があったけど、汚かったからカウンターまで持っていって在庫に新しい製品があるかを男の人に聞いたら面倒くさそうな顔で嫌な顔のおばさんを呼んで聞こえないように何か言ってから行かせた。
何も答えてもらえなかったのに、男の人はそのまま店の金を数えていて、待ったらおばさんが出てきて何も言わずにバーコードをとって値段だけ言ってくれた。
見せてもらえるか聞いたらなんでかちょっと止まってからまた怖い顔で目を合わせながら渡してくれた。
確認したら同じく汚れていて、中にも髪の毛がついてた。
この店での全てが気持ち悪くて結局買わなかった。
買うなら汚れてない製品を買いたいという考えはみんな持ってると思うが、正直に在庫がこれしかないとかの問題は親切に対応してもらえば製品も気に入ったし、それぐらいは買うと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日スノボの板・バインディング・ブーツをセットで購入。会計後に1時間程で出来上がるとのことだったので外で30分ほど時間をつぶした頃に電話でバインディングの在庫がないとの連絡。会計前に確認すべきことなのでは？と思ったが、他店から取り寄せてもらうことになった。しかし、気になったのがこの時の電話の態度。明らかに店側の失態にも関わらず、特に謝る様子もなかった。それだけでなく、2.3日で届くので届き次第連絡をするとのことだったが、3日たった営業終了時刻まで連絡が来ず、こちらから連絡したらすでに渡せる状態とのこと。届き次第連絡するのでは？最初の失態に対して全く反省されているように思えない。会計済んでたら後はなんでもいいのか？
上の方がどういう教育をしているのか分からないが、接客業として最悪。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポーツという単語が店名にあるが、実の所スポーツ用品店ではなくファッション用品店というレベルなので要注意。古の時代に原宿あたりを跋扈していたと伝えられる、陸サーファーみたいな人たちが使う、もしくは使っていたような店なんだろうか？ まぁどちらにせよスポーツ用品を目当てに行くと失敗する。店の説明に「品揃え地域No.1」と標榜しているが紛れもない欺瞞。店舗面積からして明らかに東口ビクトリアスポーツモール、西口L-Breathに著しく劣ることから必然的にありえない。スポーツ用品を探しているなら、素直にこれらの店まで足を伸ばすことを強く推奨する。
