忙しいからなのか分かりませんが、助手の女の方、受付の方は苛々されてる事が多いです。 診療室に入ると先生を囲んで周りに5人くらい助手の女の方が居て、常に見られているので異様な雰囲気です。 何箇所か診て頂こうとすると、先生も不機嫌になるので気を使います。。 院内の雰囲気自体は暗いですが、常に患者さんが沢山いて30分近く待ちます。 出してくださる薬は合ってると思いますし、先生も細かく説明はして下さいますが、色んな意味で気を使う病院だと思います。。。

他の多くの方々がご指摘のように、待ち時間は極めて長いです。自分の番がいつくるかわからない不確定要素も絡んでくるので(先に受付済ませた人が戻ってくるとそれだけ自分の番が後になるシステム)、フードコートに行くのも勇気が要ります。時間が無尽蔵にあるヒトには向いているんではないかと。 あと処方せんを頂いた薬を貰おうと薬局に行くとここでも半時間待つと言われ、さすがに忍耐の限界。自宅近くの薬局に行くとどこもかしこも在庫無し。そんなにレアな薬なのかと思ったが翌日職場近くの薬局でようやく入手。待ち時間やら手に入らない薬やらで散々消耗し★1つと思ったが、薬の効き目がバッチリだったので★3で。

私は野田市に移り住んで10年以上経ちますが、私の家族全員お世話になっております。 先生、看護師さん、事務スタッフさん、皆さんがしっかりと役割を果たしており、問診、診察、治療までスムーズです。 いくつかの口コミで書かれている様な悪い感じは受けた事がありません。 こちらの病院は皮膚トラブルで大変悩まれてる方が大勢来られます。 それこそ世間話をしながら治療なんて出来ない程、沢山の患者さんを診なくてはならないからです。 先生を始め、看護師さんやスタッフの方々は一人でも多くの患者さんを見ようと一生懸命なだけだと思います。 笑顔で世間話をしたい方、自己診断を先生に聞いてもらいたい方は他の皮膚科さんへ行かれた方が良いと思います。 逆に、安心できる診察と説明、適切な処置を求めてある方にはオススメ出来る病院だと思います。

皮膚科を受診。患者さんが沢山いたので、待合室は一杯だと居心地は良くないかも…。その時は受付の方に一声掛けて外の廊下で待つのもありかもしれません。 私は一時間は待ちました。 受付の方はムダなくテキパキと動いていて回転率はいいと思います。看護士の方の呼びかけ方も感じが良く、症状に合った薬をその場で塗ってくれました。 他の方も言ってた通り、的確な診断結果と説明で信頼出来ますね!テキパキと多くの患者さんを診ないといけないので長話せず、必要最低限の質問で済ませるといいかと思います。良い病院だと思います

10年は、通ってるクリニックです。 以前からナースの、入れ代わり激しいのは、感じてましたが、事務のスタッフ総入れ替えには、ビックリです。 何が、あったか分かりませんが、受け付けも、会計も、ゴッチャになって、待たせるし、これからどうしようかなぁ

2年くらい前に顔の痒みが酷く受診しました。2時間近く待ちました。診察時にあまりにも痒いので、食べ物のせいかと先生に聞いたら、あなたその食べ物今までに食べてきたよね?初めて食べたんじゃないよね?だったら食べ物のせいじゃないでしょ!ってイラついた口調で言った後鼻で笑われました。 忙しくて不機嫌だったのかは知りませんが、正直気分悪かったです。結果、秋に多い花粉のアレルギーと言われ薬を貰いましたが、全く治まらず、病院を変えて他の皮膚科に行ったら、花粉じゃないよ、この薬じゃ痒みとれないよ、と違う薬を処方され塗ったら1週間くらいで痒みが引きました。 待ち時間に疲れ診察時に鼻で笑われ効かない薬を出され不愉快な思いをしたのでもう行かないな。
