★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設備が充実しているので、例えば窒素タイヤの気圧調整など、他のディーラーではできないサービスも受けられる。飲み物は無料自販機あり。しかし、前は定期点検のとき洗車の他、室内清掃がついていたが、なくなった。お菓子も出なくなった。また、以前は、洗車後の拭き取りが完璧だったが、雑になったのことが、やや残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １月３日の初売りと１月５日の車の定期点検＆愛車無料点検で行ってきました。
初売り期間（一応１４日まで？）だったので、来場記念で福箱を頂きました、が、例年は香川県産の半生うどんが入っているところですが、今年は乾麺のうどんとプリッツとボックスティッシュが１箱でした。経費削減？
点検はまぁごく普通に。不可なく行って頂けますし、劣化している部品等あれば、きちんと教えてくれます。
交換はディーラー価格での対応なので、ワイパーブレードぐらいは自分で交換した方が安くあがりますね。
なお、タイヤ交換工賃は3,000円＋税です。「無料でやりますよ〜」と言われたにも関わらず、工賃取られましたので（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は空調の音なのかなんなのかわからないがキーンという高い音が響いていて少し不快。
店内はとても広いがその割には接客テーブル同士がかなり密集している。
そのため隣のテーブルの接客の声がすごく聞こえてしまうので、もう少し距離をとったほうがこちらの話も聞こえやすいしコロナ対策にもなるかと思う。
接客は悪い感じはしなかった。

周辺のスズキ自販店と比較しても、山田店は、特にお店の雰囲気がいいですね。従業員の意識の高さが伺えます。
唯、店長(店舗のトップ)が変わると、店舗の雰囲気も変化するものです。
顧客はそれを、敏感に受け取ります。
