このディーラーの前に行った店の対応がイマイチだったため余計に好感が持てた。
同じトヨタさんでもこれだけ違うのと感じた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 突然のエンジントラブルで途方に暮れていた時、他店の埼玉トヨタで購入した車だったしどうかと思ったけどダメ元で連絡したら快く対応して下さった整備士さんに心より感謝申し上げます。
土地勘もない所で半ば絶望していましたが…（閉店時間も迫っていたし）
無事に家路に着けて感謝の言葉に尽きます。
本当に丁寧な対応、ありがとうございました。

土曜の13時位に見たい中古車の情報を伝え許可を取って15時位に着いたが、肝心の車はその日に他店舗に移動していて観ることすら出来なかった❗
高速使って1時間半位かけて行った時間と高速代をどうしてくれるんだ❗って感じ。
その時対応してくれた若い営業君はずっと謝ってくれたのでその場では我慢しました。

いつも新車買うときは結構頑張ってくれます。
なんか気がつけば家が立つくらいトヨタ店で買ってるなぁ～。
次は40アルか180プラドだな（笑）
