パーツは持ち込みも手配もどちらもOKでありがたいです。
事故に遭った時も丁寧な対応と修理をしていただきました。
出入りがちょっとだけ不便なこと以外は最高です。
古い車ですが安心して預けることができます。

ちゃんと私の話を聞いていただいたうえで、締め付けトルクも適切に作業していただいた上、お願いはしていませんでしたが、ボルトのロック剤を塗布していただく等、非常に丁寧に作業をしていただきました。
作業工賃も比較的安く、接客も丁寧でした。
また、工場は狭い道路に面していて、出にくい場所にありましたが、整備士の方が非常に丁寧に誘導してくれるので、さほど問題ではありません。
また、私のミスでシフトパターンが記載されていないシフトノブを利用しており、車検非対応の状態となっていました。
その状態では作業はできないと言われたため、自宅まで純正シフトノブを取りに行きました。
非常に法令順守意識も高く、安心して任せられる場所だと思います。
（約束の時間に作業開始できず、すみませんでした。）
普段はディーラーを利用していますが、他にも安心して作業を任せることができる店舗を見つけることができたのは非常にありがたいことです。
また何かあれば依頼したいと思います。

I was told that I couldn't work in that state, so I went to my house to get a genuine shift knob.
I have a very high awareness of legal compliance, and I think it is a place where you can leave it to us with peace of mind.
(I'm sorry I couldn't start work at the appointed time.)
I usually use a dealer, but I am very grateful that I was able to find another store where I can handle the work with peace of mind.
