 Sushi tuna is excellent, Yakitori is not included in the menu for a small amount of parts, but both the salt sauce is delicious-Chinese soba is a must-have dish!

刺身は新鮮で盛りが良く、3人で行っても2人前で充分なボリューム。旨い刺身を存分に食べたいのなら新発田ではこの店を推す。
寒い時期はここのおでんが食べたくなる。
焼き鳥はつくね、レバー、砂肝がおすすめ。
またこの店のサワーはガツンと濃いめで、酒飲みには嬉しい。生グレープフルーツサワーは赤い果肉が入っていて、映える見た目に飲み口も爽やか。
取り立てて珍しいメニューはないが、飽きの来ない安定した老舗の味にファンも多い。
A long-established menu with sushi, sashimi, yakitori, and oden.
The sashimi is fresh and well-produced, and even if you go with three people, it is enough volume for two people. If you want to eat delicious sashimi, you should go to Shibata.
I want to eat oden here in the cold season.
Yakitori is recommended for Tsukune, liver and gizzard.
In addition, the sour in this shop is so strong that it is nice for drinkers. Raw grapefruit sour has red pulp, and it looks brilliant and refreshing.
There is no unusual menu, but there are many fans with a long-established and stable taste that does not get tired.

Oden ?, yakitori, and nigiri sushi at this restaurant have a stable taste. This is the first restaurant I chose for a drinking party with my friends after a long absence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの口コミを信じて行きましたが本当に焼き鳥も刺盛りもおでんも間違いがなく美味しくていいお店でした。冷酒をお願いしましたがすぐ近くの地元の酒造のものを呑めたのも嬉しかったです。新発田にまた行くことがあるかどうかわかりませんが、機会があったらまた次も伺いたいです。
I believed in this review, but the yakitori, sashimi, and oden were definitely delicious. I asked for cold sake, but I was happy to drink something from a local brewery nearby. I don't know if I will go to Shibata again, but if I have a chance, I would like to ask again.
