お昼のおまかせコース3000円をいただきました。
丁寧に仕込まれたネタとほろりと崩れるシャリで１貫ごとに幸せに。
さりげなく白イカや石垣貝など旬のネタが出されました。手許の醤油は全く不要。
店主の橋本さんとは池袋のすし武蔵から。武蔵は日替わりが１貫33円とか ある意味わかりやすい格安店でしたが茜はより上質なお寿司を庶民価格でいただけるお店だと思いました。
コロナでの客席制限もあり直前で良いので来店前に連絡欲しいとのこと。予約が吉かと。
It is a very straightforward Edomae sushi.
I received a lunch course of 3000 yen.
Make each piece happy with carefully prepared ingredients and sushi rice that crumbles.
Seasonal ingredients such as white squid and stone wall shellfish were casually served. No need for salty sauce on hand.
The owner, Mr. Hashimoto, is from Sushi Musashi in Ikebukuro. Musashi was a cheap restaurant with a daily change of 33 yen per piece, which is easy to understand, but I thought Akane was a restaurant where you can enjoy higher quality sushi at a common price.
There are restrictions on the number of seats in Corona, so it's okay just before coming to the store, so please contact us before coming to the store. Is the reservation good?
