ケーキを運んで来られる事が多かったので特別な記念日に利用しているお客様が多いようです。
雰囲気も凄く良く、味も美味しかったので、ぜひ行ってみてください。

メインの寿司は、柚子、炙り、塩など醤油をつけずに食べられる工夫がなされています。
寿司ネタも新鮮で満足の味です。
うに、のどぐろ、クエなどの高級食材が使われていましたが、コスパもいいと思います。
カウンターがメインの席で、カップル、夫婦が多い印象ですが、四名掛けの個室もあるので接待にも使えそうです。

裏路地ではなく、恵比寿駅からすぐ近くの駒沢通り沿い。
駅近ではあるが、ビルの二階なので少し隠れ家的な感じもある。
さらっと連れてこられたら、こんなとこに寿司屋あったんだって感じです。
店内は明るく清潔感がある。
余計なものがない感じです。
明るいので周囲のお客さんが気になる方はダメかもですが、個室もあるようです。
大将は三十代ですかね。若手な大将。
旬のつまみから始まり、ちょうどよいシャリのサイズに少し工夫を加えた握りの数々が楽しめます。
酒飲みに合わせた品々といった感じです。
ワインと合わすのも良さそう。
コ－スが安価な価格からあるので、1番贅沢なコ－スを選んでも1万ちょっとで楽しめると思います。
恵比寿で安心して贅沢に行きたい方にはオススメのお寿司屋です。
