御膳か食べ放題かが選べます。
食べ放題でもいくつか種類があるので、さほど量を食べない人でもいけるかと。
前回気になった店員さんの声量は落ち着いていたし、音が気になることはありませんでした。
対応はとても丁寧です。
入口ののれんも撤去されていました。
食べ放題だと90分等の時間制なので、どうしても待ち時間は長くなりますが、番号を伝えておけば空き次第電話してもらえます。
クーポンがもらえるアプリからの予約もおすすめです。

他の方と同じく……店内の広さというか狭さというか、建物と店員さんの声のボリュームが合ってないです。
大きな声を出せばいいというものではない。
いろいろなメニューが選べるし提供は早かったし、おいしいし、対応もとても良いのですが、うるさいのが苦手な方には無理かもしれません。
訪れた日は栃木あるあるの雷雨が酷かったので、それにあわせてお客さんの声も大きくなるし……色んな音がしておりました。
それと……入り口から座席への廊下に長いのれんがあって、店員さんもお客さんも必ず触ることになるのは、この時期どうかと思います。
撤去したほうが良いかと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は新店という事もあり綺麗でした。料理もまあまあだったのですが、接客サービスが行き届いておらずまるでダメ。
内容としては他の方が書いてある事と同じ。
コロナ禍なのだから考えて接客して下さい。
高評価のコメントだけに返信しているオーナーはハッキリ言ってオーナー失格ですね。
良い事も悪い事も様々な意見をお店を良くする情報として捉え、今後に生かさないとまた行きたいとは思いません。
考え方が変わる事を願ってます。
The inside of the store was beautiful because it was a new store. The food was ok, but the customer service wasn't perfect and it was totally useless.
The content is the same as what other people have written.
Please think about it and serve customers because it is a corona disaster.
Owners who reply only to highly rated comments are clearly disqualified.
I don't want to go again unless I take various opinions about good and bad things as information to improve the store and make use of them in the future.
I hope that the way of thinking will change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は感染症対策をしっかりしてあり、スタッフの対応も明るく丁寧です。問題はお寿司です。シャリを握ってから一度冷蔵してあるのか硬くて冷たい❗ネタだけ後からポンとのせるだけでしょうか⁉️とても残念でした。多分、しばらくは行かないかもです。

お手頃な値段ですき焼き、寿司、デザート等大変美味しく頂きました。
お昼時は混雑しますので、次回は予約して伺いたいと思います。

できたばかりなので綺麗です。
接客：
丁寧で温かみもあります。
一部をロボットが行っているのが目新しいですが、効率化に繋がっているようには見えませんでした。
料理：
食べ放題ではないランチの御膳を頂きました。
税込1400円程度で鶏しゃぶ、寿司5貫、茶碗蒸、ドリンク、選べるデザートが付くのはコスパ良いです。
肝心の味は…悪くないですが、極々普通です。
この値段でこれだけ品数を出しているので味までは求めてはいけないのかもしれませんが
何か一つはコレは、というものがあったほうがリピートに繋がるかと思います。

料理も見映え、味ともに良い。おかわりのご飯はお運びロボが届けてくれますよ。
喫煙ブースもあり、喫煙者は外に行かず店内で吸えますよ。

食べ放題の3000円代のコースを注文しました。
牛肉は値段的にはまあまあでしたが、期待していなかったお寿司とデザートは満足でした(o^^o)
ソフトドリンクの飲み放題が別なので☆マイナス1ですが。
コスパ的には概ね満足でした。
