★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板のないお店。鮨早川の姉妹店だそうです。
黒い壁と黒いまな板、長いカウンターに五葉松が置かれた空間でお寿司を食べるとなんだかいつもよりお寿司に意識が集中して食べられている気がしました。
炙りトロにトリュフをかけて食べる巻き寿司や、カステラのような卵焼きなど変わり種もありました。美味しかったです。

予算はディナーコース15000以下+ドリンク。
できて2 年くらいだそうです。
なので新規のお客様が多く、他のお客さんもまだ馴染んでる空気感ではなかったですね。
ネタはとても新鮮でこだわりのネタが多かったです。
網ではなく、釣りで釣ったアジは最高に美味しかったですね。あのシルクのような柔らかさは初めてだったかも知れない…
その他、姉妹店の早川さんの名物「マグロとトリュフ巻き」インパクトあって美味しかったですが、結構高かったような…必ず食べるべきかというと、そうでもないですが、試してみる分には良いと思います。
あと、ネタの種類が限られるのと、日によってネタの内容が変わるので、好みのネタをお願いすることは難しそう。あと、インスタとかでみたネタと自分が食べたネタの差があってちょっと残念だったかな…でも一通り美味しかったですし、コスパ良いと良いと思います。どちらかと言うと接待に向いてるかも〜
ただ、客層が落ち着いてるとは言えないので、ご参考までに。この日だけかも知れないのでw

恵比寿界隈の中ではそこそこ高めではあるが、誰と来ても満足してもらえるお店。おすすめです。
