K	Ken Wat (Tiki) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台風接近で軒並み店が閉まっていた中で飛び込みました。津和野名物、うずめめしの定食を頂きました。うずめめしはいろいろ入っているお茶漬けみたいでしたが、美味しく頂けました。一番のヒットは刺身こんにゃく！うまいと思える代物です。あとは酢の物、わさびの醤油漬け、これはもっと津和野名物アピールすべきでは？満足しました。 I jumped in while the shops were closed across the typhoon. We had a set meal of Tsuwano specialties and uzumemeshi. Umemeshi was like an Ochazuke with various ingredients, but it was delicious. The biggest hit is sashimi konjac! It ’s a good thing. D	Don Masuta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某センターの方におススメとして紹介されたので行ってみました。お目当ては津和野の名物（らしい）「うずめ飯」(´∇｀) 津和野の地名の由来になってる山菜の「ツワ」が入った炊き込みご飯みたいなもんかなと思っていたのですが、実物は山菜とか豆腐の入った具沢山の汁飯って感じでした。具がご飯の下に埋まっているから「埋め飯」なのかな？(ﾟωﾟ) 食感とか食べた感じはもう完全にお茶漬けなんですが（笑）新鮮なワサビがピリリと効いたお出汁でサラサラと掻っ込むご飯はやっぱり美味しい(´꒳`) 一緒に出てきた刺身こんにゃくもスーパーに売ってるこんにゃくではあり得ないコリコリの食感でからし味噌に良く合ってました。その他、筍や山菜の煮付けに茶碗蒸し。どれも素朴でやさしい味付けがうずめ飯と良く合ってて大満足でした。ちなみに湯呑みの柄では良く見かけますが、畳の縁まで寿司ネタのお店は初めて見ました(^ ^) I was introduced to a certain center as a recommendation, so I went there. GREEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津和野に来て2回利用させて貰いました静かでゆっくり出来る、お店です。特にお勧めなのが大名巻きで、9種類程の食材が巻いてあり色んな味を楽しむ事が出来ます。また量が多い為(感覚的には海鮮丼大)一人で頼むと他が食べれ無くなるかも…… 二人で1つ頼んで単品料理を追加するのが良いでしょう。また郷土料理のうずめ飯も在ります。 50円か100円で器もある為、持ち帰りも出来ます。 I came to Tsuwano and used it twice. It is a quiet and relaxing shop. Daimyo rolls are especially recommended, and you can enjoy various flavors with about 9 kinds of ingredients wrapped around them. 永	永谷顕 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のお昼はあおき寿司。 11時から電車の時間12時までなく昼ごはん。高津川の天然鮎を使った鮎姿寿司はとっても美味しかったです。島根の津和野の酒蔵の華泉の冷酒と一緒におまかせ握りをいただきました。 6名の団体のお客様が突然来ましたが店主一人で切り盛りしているのでお断りが入ってました。人数が多い場合は予約をお勧めします。とっても田舎の雰囲気の良いお店だと思います。ごちそうさまでした。おなかいっぱいだったの残念ながら芋煮は食べる事ができませんでした。ごちそうさまでした。 Today's lunch is Aoki Sushi. K	Kei Nishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津和野ですが、海鮮が楽しめるお店。観光地のど真ん中にありますが、地元の人の利用も多いようです。埋め飯と鮎の押し寿司をいただきました。埋め飯は面白い食べ物ですね。島根県民ですが知らなかったです。具とお出汁にわさびが効いてよいですね。鮎のお寿司は昆布で締めてあり、昆布の香りは楽しめました。が、鮎の香りが負けちゃってたようにも思います。頭まで柔らかくなって、ヒレ以外全部いけました。 Tsuwano is a restaurant where you can enjoy seafood. Advance telephone reservation is required. Deep-fried chicken is also highly recommended! ️

Average service (attitude) in Europe, but below than average in Japan. But the food was good.
