ベテラン料理人の夫婦で経営してます。
生ビールはプレモルの香るエール。
ここのタンブラーは薄いガラスなので口当たりが他店と違います。
メニューはあまり多くはないですが、手間隙かけてる証拠なのでしょう。どれも優しい味付けで盛付けも丁寧な料理です。
A store that looks like an adult retreat at the back of Masuda Station.
I run a couple of veteran chefs.
Draft beer is pre-mole ale.
The tumbler here is thin glass so the taste is different from other stores.
There aren't many menus, but it's a proof that you're taking time. All are gentle and seasoned.

店内は清潔感が漂い、可愛いディスプレイも目を引きます。
食器や酒器へのこだわり、料理の盛り付けも創作的で美しく、もちろん味も良し。
どの献立もワクワクするので、またリピートしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事は良かったのですが、(ソーシャルディスタンスも)手作りジャム二種類買ったのをそのまま渡されたのでびっくりでした。せめて透明ビニール袋にでも入れて欲しかった。どこにもありますよねぇ お客は私達だけでした。
The food was good, but I was surprised that I bought two kinds of handmade jams (also social distance) and were given them as they were. I wanted you to put it in a transparent plastic bag at least. It's everywhere, right? We were the only customers.
