★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内が広い割に店員さんが少なく、靴の試着待ちでかなり時間を取られました。
その担当してるお客さんが全て終わるまでじゃなくても、要望のサイズの靴を渡すとかしてくれればサイズ合わせとかは出来るので臨機応変に対応して欲しいです。
声かけても｢少しお待ちください｣と被せ気味に言われるのもイヤな気分になりました。

そもそも取り寄せていないと。専門店とは思えない。
店員に対応も悪い。行って損した。
結局ネットで買った。もう行かない。

店自体は普通だと思うけど、ほとんどの人は1階から地下3階まで直行のエスカレーターに乗るため、この店がある地下1階に人が来ない。
同様に同じフロアの飲食店街もガラガラで、サービスや品揃えに関係なく商売をするには厳しい場所という印象。

I think the store itself is normal, but most people take a direct escalator from the 1st floor to the 3rd basement floor, so no one comes to the 1st basement floor where this store is located.
