★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view of the Yokohama harbor! In the neighborhood: park, shopping mall, hotel, exhibition hall. You can walk along the railing and enjoy view of the water, bridges, and small and large boats. When the weather is nice you can sit on the steps with a cup of coffee and get lost in the view and your thoughts.
I love to come here (bike) on the weekend and relax and enjoy. Especially if the week was long and taxing on the soul. It's also a pretty good bay shore route from Tokyo to ride here. Sometimes the wind is a bit too much for me though. Need to upgrade my biking skills I suppose.
