★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性のスタッフさん、元気がないのか無愛想なのかよくわからない。このおじさん、歳のせいかスタッフさんの言っていることが聞きとれない。もう少し元気よく接客したほうが良いとおもうよ。アークテリクスは好きなブランドなのでまたみなとみらい店へ行くことがあると思うのでその時は元気よく接客お願いします。
 I'm not sure if the male staff isn't feeling well or unfriendly. I can't hear what the staff is saying, probably because of this uncle's age. I think it's better to serve customers a little more cheerfully. Since Arc'teryx is my favorite brand, I think I may go to the Minatomirai store again, so please be patient at that time.

仕方ないですがノースフェイスにしてもアークテリクスにしても
本来の目的であるプロフェッショナルな山岳用品よりもブランドのネームバリューで街着などが主流になりつつあるところが残念です。
これらのブランドは一般的に街で勘違いして着てる人も多いのが事実だと思います。
まあ、好きなもの着ればいいのでどうでもよいですが。
登山やスポーツする人限定ではメーカーさんも儲からないでしょうから。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お洒落な入り口のお店の印象しかないです。仕事が横浜の際は寄らせていただいておりますが、いつ伺っても店員さんが誰かわからないのが気になります。ブランドストア？なのに誰もアークテリクスの服を着ていないので、混んでいる時は本当にわかりません。川崎店の方が店員さんも明るくて印象は良いかも。
There is only the impression of a fashionable entrance shop. When I work in Yokohama, I drop by, but I'm always worried that I don't know who the clerk is. Brand store? But no one is wearing Arc'teryx clothes, so I really don't know when it's crowded. The clerk at the Kawasaki store may be brighter and have a better impression.

店員さんの対応が、とにかく丁寧です。
こちらの色々な要望にも答えてくれます。
品揃えは、大型の店舗の方があるかもしれませんが、取り寄せもすぐに対応してくれますし、心地よく接客していただけるのが嬉しい店舗です。

The clerk's response is polite anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark is という建物に入っている。ここにはモンベルやピークス、ノースなどアウトドアブランドがいくつか入っている。
黒を基調としたかっこいい店内。男性ものが充実してた。女性ものは、他店で見たことないワンピースもあったので穴場なのかも。ショートパンツは神保町店や原宿店のほうが多い。
原宿店ほど接客が怖くないのでゆっくり見られる。
It's in a building called Mark is. There are several outdoor brands here, such as Montbell, Peaks and North.
The cool interior is based on black. Men's things were fulfilling. For women, there was a dress that I had never seen at other stores, so it may be a little-known spot. There are more shorts at Jimbocho and Harajuku stores.
It's not as scary as the Harajuku store, so you can watch it slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store focusing mostly on Alpha/Beta shell jackets, insulated jackets, and Arc'teryx "urban" styles. Also bags and shoes.
If you're looking for the big mountain skiing gear, I guess the store is too far South to focus on carrying all the items from the backcountry, Cold weather skiing catalog.
