★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えが多くて見てるだけでも楽しいです。ただ日曜にオフ会で集まる車が多々見受けられます。普段より混みあってるのにさらにスペースが限られ、停めることができずに帰る選択を取らざるを得ないことがあります。店側も対応するべきではないでしょうか？
あとレジ会計、待たされます。オイル交換の受付などと会計レジが同じなので 3つともオイル交換受付してると5分とか普通に待ちます。 軽い買い物気分でいくと損した気分になるのでオススメしません！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地が良いので（スーパー ドラッグストア 100均の近く）いつでも寄れるお店なのでよく行きます。今回はドライブレコーダーを買うつもりで行ったのですが工賃がそれなりにしてしまうものなので冬に息子が帰省してくるときにやってもらおうか。今回は検討だけと思っていたところ、作業を面倒だと思った息子からオートバックスドラレコ還元祭というページのリンクが送られてきて今月中工賃無料ということでドコモとケンウッドのコラボという機種を選んでみました。
取り付け作業も見える待合スペースもあるので愛車を安心して任せられます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドラレコが欲しくて見に行ったところ、品揃えが豊富で色んなドラレコが置いてありました。
何個かキャンペーンや割引してる商品がありましたが、工賃無料と15000円割引していたドコモの通信型ドライブレコーダーを購入いたしました。
スマホで映像を見れたり、監視機能もバッテリーに負担をかけない設計など機能面でも良く、前後タイプの中では値段もそこそこ高い方でしたが、他の商材と変わらないくらいで購入出来たので即決しました！
運転中は録画中とだけ表示されるので、画面に意識が行くことが無くて良いです！
通信機能も一度試してみようと思っています?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備ミスを隠蔽の上、注意すると不満そうな若い整備作業員（整備士といえるレベルでなない）にうんざりしました。
最初からCVTオイル交換をレジのオッサンが「オイル交換」といきなり間違い訂正させると割引も忘れる始末？？？
作業を待合室から見ていると、作業中にオイル吹き出しエンジンルームや下回りに飛び散っていたため最後に確認があるかと思いきや、説明スルーで指摘するとめんどくさがって接客態度に出す。
今まで５年自分の車を車検・点検・オイル交換で預けましたが、毎回こちらから確認や注意することが多く「安心して預けれません」
今回で我慢の限界（かなり辛抱）が来ました。もう二度と行きません。
☆１つも付けたくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どこのタイヤ屋さんに行ってもこのタイヤは安いからやめた方がいいなど、しっかりとした案内はしてもらえませんでしたが
スーパーオートバックスのタイヤ担当の渥美さんに自分に合ったタイヤと安いタイヤなど1つ1つ詳しく丁寧に教えて頂き、大変気持ちのいい対応をして頂きました。
他のタイヤ屋さんやガソリンスタンドは儲ける事のみ考えているせいか、タイヤ交換を強く押してきましたが、渥美さんにタイヤを見て頂いた所、まだ半年以上は大丈夫とアドバイスを頂きました。
儲けること以外で、お客さんの事を考えて案内できるスタッフがいることに大変好感を持てました。
タイヤ交換する際は必ず渥美さんの所に行きますので、またよろしくお願いします。
