★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は2台車を所有するが今は2台共車検を此処にお願いしている｡元々はどちらの車も購入したディーラーに依頼してたが数年前から両ディーラーとも車検費用がどんどん値上りし､経済的にかなり負担になって来たのが依頼先を変更した主な理由だ｡でも単に安いだけでは私は頼まない｡特に1台はドイツ製6段マニュアル仕様のスポーツセダンでお気に入りの車である為､いつでもその高性能を発揮して欲しいのである｡ここはトヨタの系列会社でその辺は信頼出来ると思われる｡その証拠を一つ挙げよう｡それはブレーキの効き具合だ｡此処で車検を済ませた車は正規ディーラーで車検を済ませた車より間違いなくブレーキの効きがより優れている｡いや､効き過ぎる位だ｡故にブレーキを踏む時はよりソッとペダルを踏まないと上半身が前のめりになる｡事故を未然に回避する為最も重要な機能がこれ程キッチリと調整されてるのだから､安心して整備を任せられよう｡またｴｱｸﾘｰﾅｰｴﾚﾒﾝﾄやｵｲﾙｴﾚﾒﾝﾄ等の消耗品については純正品を使わず汎用品を使用する｡普通の方は純正品の方がより高品質と思うかもしれないがそれは間違い｡汎用品と同品質か場合によっては少し劣る事もある｡それでいて値段は汎用品の3~5倍もするのだ｡また消耗品は自分で用意して車検に使って貰う事も出来る｡勿論工賃は別途掛るが｡かような訳で此処ジェームズではワンランク上の車検整備をより低廉な費用で受ける事が出来るのだ｡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エンジンオイルの交換を頼むと、かなり多く入れられてしまいます。客の前でゲージの確認もありません(オートバックスは確認をしてくれますので、最近はオートバックスを利用しています)

こちらは『はい』とも言ってないのに、既にレジに7ポイント勝手に打ち込んでいるではないか…。
たかが7ポイント、コツコツ貯めてたのに、客の了解も得ず、勝手にポイント清算された。
店内開放感あり、商品点数は少々、物足りなさを感じるものの、何処に何があるのか？が判り易く、店員さんに聞く手間も無い。
商品で判らないことがあれば、気軽に相談ができます。
男性店員は積極的で親切丁寧なのに、女性店員はレジ前に立ってるだけ？

測定値等はしっかり伝えてもらい、不具合も低価格で修正していただきました。
覚悟してたセールスはありませんでした笑
なにより働いている人みなさんが入店前から帰り車に乗るまで、気持ち良い声かけがあり、こういう気遣い、対応ができる店舗は最近少ないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ETCをつけてもらったが電話で値段を聞いたときには8千円くらいといっていたのに、いざ予約して行ったらプラグも買ってくださいと色々足され、工賃込みで約2万円ほど。これなら普通にディーラーでつけてもらうのと同じくらいの値段。
しかもいちいち「これをつけないと自分たちの作業の手間がかかるので…」とのことばっかり！こっちは安くもない値段のお金を払っているのでそれくらい仕事なんだからやれよと思った。

ディーラーでの車検に比べると安くできます。
また、楽天ポイントが付くのもありがたいです。
代車もガソリンが少しですが入れてあり、満タン返しではないので、自宅との往復位しか利用しない場合は楽です。
見積を貰う色々な作業が付いてきますが、車検を通すだけのものを抽出してもらうとかなりお得です。
以前はクレベリン推しでしたが、最近は保証サービス推しのようですが、必要かどうかはスタッフさんによーーく確認してみると良いですね。
