家族で複数台利用してましたが辞めることにしました。
なんとも不愉快で言葉尻だけは丁寧ですが、上から目線な態度です。まず間違えたりしても謝りません。数回ありました。
若い方や男性のスタッフのほうがしっかりしていると思います。

今日は保険が安く成ると電話が有り行ってきました。
新しいプランで、今までより100円程、月々安くなりました。
いやー見直ししてくれて、有難う御座いました。たかが100円！年1200円!
でもね、貯金の利子は、ここ迄つかないよ。
良かったです。

For the first time, I asked for a car inspection. Mr. Takahashi at the reception was in charge. He explained it in an easy-to-understand manner. It was fast, cheap, and carefully inspected. Thank you very much for having such a good car shop in Hamamatsu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検予約時の対応、接客、内容共にかなり良い評価が出来ます。ただ、金額的には残念ながら、そこまで安くはないかなというのが本音でした。
しかし、スタンダードオイル会員になると年4回交換で約4000円でリッター数関係なく交換出来るので、特に大型車にのっている方にはオススメです。

However, if you become a Standard Oil member, you can exchange it four times a year for about 4000 yen regardless of the number of liters, so it is especially recommended for those who are on a large car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応はいいのですが、会社の方針でか、やって欲しい車以外の情報聞き取りが多いです。確認です、アンケートです、と いろいろ情報を聞いてきます。保険を取るためだと思いますが・・・ 年々あからさまになってきました。おつかれさまです。
The response is good, but due to company policy, I often hear information other than the car I want to do. You will be asked for various information, such as confirmation and questionnaire. I think it's because of insurance, but ... It's becoming more and more obvious year by year. Good work.

事前の見積もりがなかったので料金面で不安はありましたが、到着後すぐデータ入力をしてくれている間に見積もりしていただいて、金額も思っていた額よりも安かったです。
洗車や室内清掃が不用であればお金はかからないし、車検証も１週間ほどで取りに行くか、送る（送料別途かかる）か選べます。
代車は綺麗で快適だったし、夕方また取りに行きましたが、何かあれば整備士の方がお電話くれ、相談事も対処していただけて大変満足しています。
損保の生命保険についても案内されますが、１０月に新しくなった保険があるそうなので自分の現在の保険を見直してみようと思いました。

The substitute car was clean and comfortable, and I went to pick it up again in the evening, but I am very happy that the mechanic called me if there was anything and I was able to handle the consultation.
You will also be informed about non-life insurance, but it seems that there is a new insurance in October, so I decided to review my current insurance.
