h	hsoenfgal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチをいただきました。人参のスープ、とってもおいしかった。フォカッチャ、チーズが程よくて本当においしかった。パスタ、ソースはとってもおいしかったのに、ショートパスタがなぜかアルデンテ。芯が残っていて、すごくまずい。ショートパスタの断面図を見れば、あの量の芯を一度に口に入れておいしいわけがない、とわかりそうなもの。シェフはショートパスタをアルデンテで食べる嗜好の人なのか、ショートパスタでもなんでもアルデンテが正義だと思ってるか。口の中がモソモソして、本当に不愉快だったが、ソースが美味しかったのが唯一の救いでした。食後のコーヒーは、ふつうにおいしいコーヒーでした。スパゲティならおいしかったんだと思います。 I had lunch. Carrot soup was very good. Focaccia, cheese was moderate and really delicious. Pasta and sauce were very good, but short pasta is al dente. The wick remains and it's really bad. If you look at the cross-section of short pasta, you can tell that there is no way to put that amount of wick into your mouth at once. Do chefs like to eat short pasta with al dente, or do they think al dente is justice for short pasta? The mouth was messed up and it was really unpleasant, but the only salvation was the delicious sauce. The after-meal coffee was usually good coffee. I think spaghetti was delicious.

It was surprisingly convenient because it was a short walk from Ichigaya. There was also a birthday plate service, all-you-can-drink course and all the dishes were delicious, so I would like to use it again.
