た	たり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外構の見積もりで4社相見積もりをしたうちの1社です。非常に丁寧なヒアリングで、予算も気にかけていただきながら親身に相談に乗っていただきましたが、見積もりの結果は散々。ヒアリングの際に伝えていた要望や趣旨がこれでもかと言うほど無視されていて、予想とは全然違うパースが出来上がっていました。期待していただけに非常にガッカリしました。改めて要望を伝え直してもう1度パースを作成していただくことになりましたが、見積もり・パース作成の度に対面での打ち合わせを求められ、ただでさえ他社より見積作成に時間がかかっていたので、これ以上見積もりだけに時間も手間もかけていられない、という結論に至り依頼を見送りました。非常にお忙しそうで致し方ない部分もあるのかなとは思いましたが、あんなに時間をかけてすり合わせをし担当の方もしっかりメモを取ってくださっていたにも関わらず、その内容がパースに反映されていないというのは流石に呆れました。 It is one of the four companies that made a quotation for the exterior.
