仕事は早くて助かりました。
しかし施行不良がありアフターフォローについて連絡をしても、今月中には対応しますと回答があるのですが一向に対応してくれません。
もう3ヶ月近くたちましたが、どうなっていますか？
もう期待してませんが、非常に残念な気持ちです。
安かったので仕方ないのかなと思っています。
回答があったので、追記します。
着信履歴が残っているはずです＆もちろん直接何度かお話もしています。しかし今度対応すると回答しか貰えてません。
本名ではないので、該当はしないと思いますが対応できていないのは事実です。

この投稿の影響かわかりませんが、その後対応頂けました。
とても忙しい施行店の印象です、辛抱強くしていれば対応してくれるのだと思いました。
出来栄えもいいと思います。(素人目での判断でしかありませんが…)
当初依頼する際も何社かで見積もりを取ったり、ご相談した中で1番提案力があり、知識も豊富だと感じこちらに依頼しています。
まだ人材が少ないなどの理由からか、対応が間に合わない等あると思いますがそれがカバーできれば素敵な業者さんであることは間違いないと思います。

I don't expect it anymore, but I'm very disappointed.

There should be an incoming call history & of course I've talked to you several times directly. However, when I respond this time, I only get an answer.
It's not my real name, so I don't think it's applicable, but it's a fact that I can't handle it.

I don't know if it was the influence of this post, but I was able to respond after that.
It's an impression of a very busy enforcement store, and I thought that if you were patient, you would respond.
I think the workmanship is also good. (It's just an amateur's judgment ...)
When I made the initial request, I felt that I had the best proposal ability and knowledge, even though I got a quote from several companies and consulted with them, so I asked for it.
I think that there are some reasons such as the lack of human resources, and the response is not in time, but if it can be covered, I think that it is definitely a wonderful company.
