★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンドラッグの接客マニュアルは知らないけど、バイトがレジに３人並んでもレジ応援を呼ばなかった。
客のカートや籠に入っている量で判断しているのかもしれないが、そんなに少なくなかったので判断ミスだと思う。
もちろん人がいなければ仕方がないが、レジ近くには他の作業をしている薬剤師の人もいたし、別の社員もレジ横を通った後に商品補充の片付けなのかダンボールを折り畳んでいた。
薬剤師が薬の問い合わせ等に対応する為に、レジ作業をしないのは理解できなくもないが、少なくとも社員はもう少し待っている客の事を考えて欲しいし、近くを通ったのなら、自分からレジ接客を優先したりバイトをサポートする姿勢も必要。
異動になったのか、少し前にいた薬剤師の男性は接客も良かったし、１~２年くらい前にいた30代~40代の店長？らしき人なら、こんな事は無かったと思うので残念。

Of course, it can't be helped if there are no people, but there was a pharmacist who was doing other work near the cash register, and another employee was folding the cardboard to clean up the product replenishment after passing by the cash register.
It is understandable that pharmacists do not work at the cash register to respond to drug inquiries, but at least employees should think about customers who are waiting a little longer, and if they pass nearby, they will do it themselves. It is also necessary to give priority to cashier service and support part-time jobs.
Perhaps he was transferred, the pharmacist man who was a while ago had good customer service, and was the store manager in his 30s to 40s who was about 1 to 2 years ago? It's a pity that I don't think this was the case for someone who seems to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで注文すると市販薬が安いです。店頭で受け取りにすると送料もタダなので更におトクですね。もう少し近所に出店してくれると嬉しいのですが。
Over-the-counter drugs are cheap when ordering online. If you pick it up at the store, the shipping fee is free, so it's even more advantageous. I would be happy if you could open a store in the neighborhood a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドラッグストアの中で稀に見る最低店舗です。皆さんも仰っているように、店員の教育がなっていないですね。お客が数人並んでもレジフォローを頼まない。前のお客さんが車に財布を取りに戻っても、ただ立ってぼーっとしている。(後ろにいる人を先に会計したり、お待たせしてすみませんの一言を言うなどができない。)社会人になってはいけない方たちの集まりのようです。社員もバイトも接客業の一般水準を満たしてません。行くたびに不愉快になるお店ですね。
