K	K Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若松原を利用していた時、契約ロッカーを借りていたが、ある日突然私物が無くなってしまいました。問い合わせをすると、「バイトが退会した人のロッカーと間違えて回収しました。すみません、戻しておきます。」とのこと。気持ち悪いのでロッカーはもう使わないので、日割りにして欲しいと言うと、「それは出来ない」の一点張り。中に入ってのは、開けたばかりの1000gのプロテインとシューズ。捨てられたプロテイン飲むの気持ち悪いですねというと、「そうですか？」とのこと。その後何の謝罪もありません。恐らく、ここにも謝罪もコメントもしないでしょう。そういうジムです。私が経営者なら、新しいプロテインをロッカーに入れておきますが。アパート借りてて、大家さんが勝手に入って物品を持ってったのとおなじですよね。不法侵入と窃盗罪になりかねないんじゃ？物を壊したら弁償させられるみたいだけど、客が受けたこういう仕打ちには、何の対応もしてくれません。当時は掃除もしてなくて、毎回シャワーの排水溝が詰まってましたが、社員はVERUSに異動したし、バイトは辞めて、スタッフが入れ替わったので、きちんと掃除してるから綺麗ですよ！ When I was using Wakamatsuhara, I rented a contract locker, but one day I suddenly lost my personal belongings.
