今回は、珍しく天ぷらそばにしてみた。
ジュワッと音を立てながら到着する蕎麦がたまらん。
そして、この店の天丼は「煮込みソースカツ丼」なのである。
福島に残るこの文化は、失いたくないものだ。
僕は少し薄めな味付けに作ってもらうのが好み。

店内は大きいカウンター席と小上がりの席。
1人のためカウンター席へ着席。
注文は
味噌ラーメン 700円
半チャーハン 250円
注文後25分くらいでようやく到着。
先客は4名しかいないのに…
ランチは1時間しかない人も多いのでもう少し早いと嬉しいかなと。
味はとても美味しいと思います。
辛味噌に絡んだ中太のちぢれ麺がもちもちしていてやみつきになりそうです。
半チャーハンもザ中華といった味付けで何杯でも食べれる美味しさ。
次行く時はダブルのソースカツ丼を食べたいと思います。

月曜のお昼に訪問
今回は前回食べようと思ったダブルソースカツ丼。
ボリュームは見た目通り抜群です。
味はまぁまぁでした。
ソースは甘め。
お肉は薄め。
肉質も固め。
甘めの味のソースカツ丼でしたので、好きな人は好きなんだろうなと思いました。

Miso ramen 700 yen
Half fried rice 250 yen
It finally arrived about 25 minutes after ordering.
Even though there are only 4 customers ...
Many people only have one hour for lunch, so I hope it's a little earlier.
I think the taste is very delicious.
The medium-thick small noodles entwined with spicy miso are chewy and seem to be addictive.
Half fried rice is also seasoned with the Chinese so you can eat as many cups as you like.
Next time I would like to eat a double sauce cutlet bowl.

The volume is outstanding as it looks.
The taste was ok.
The sauce is sweet.
The meat is thin.
The meat quality is also firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメン+ミニ煮込みカツ丼セットをいただきました。カツ丼は甘口でした。醤油ラーメンですが、スープはとっても濃い口です。好き嫌い別れると思いますが、私は美味しくいただきました。やっぱり東北の人間ならば濃い口です。麺もコシがありました。
相方は味噌ラーメン大盛りですが、やはりスープが濃い口だったそうです。厳寒期の今頃にはピッタリですよ。
I had a soy sauce ramen + mini stewed katsudon set. The katsudon was sweet. Although it is soy sauce ramen, the soup has a very strong mouth. I think I like it and hate it, but I enjoyed it. After all, if you are a Tohoku person, you have a strong mouth. The noodles were also chewy.
My partner is a large serving of miso ramen, but it seems that the soup was thick. It's perfect for this time of the cold season.
