スタジオの中での写真撮影は?動画はOKだそうです。
撮影した写真は商品にしなきゃデータとして貰えない…えっ？て感じ
データ買うんだからとった分は?欲しいわ…そんなに枚数無いのに?
商品の内容、セットプランの仕組みを理解してない店員さんがいて人によって言うことが違って残念。
撮影した後に諸々選んだりするの、もう少しいい方法がないのだろうか？
撮影に何時間もかかって子供は飽きてます。
予約した時に具体的な説明が有れば家で話し合い出来ると思うんだよね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応は丁寧だし、チェーン店であるから差別化という意味では強みもあり弱みもあるのだが、それなりに衣装も豊富。アプリ経由の予約も簡単で、店員は対応にも慣れている様子。特にこれといった不満はなく、かといって特段の強みがあるというわけでもない。ひとつ気になるのは、出来上がった写真を受け取りに行った際の店員のマニュアル的な対応くらいか。「かわいい」と言えという指導なのだろうが、みんな同じ反応だからすぐバレる。
The staff is polite, and because it is a chain store, it has strengths and weaknesses in terms of differentiation, but it has abundant costumes. Appointment via the app is easy, and the clerk seems to be accustomed to handling it. I'm not particularly dissatisfied with this, and it doesn't mean I have any particular strengths. One thing I'm worried about is the clerk's manual response when I went to receive the completed photo. The instruction may be "cute", but they all get the same response, so they are out of luck.
