★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、代表と名乗る人間から連絡がきて、クレーム対応で連絡してきたハズなのに終始タメ口。しかも、担当とのトラブルあったにも関わらず、2週間以上経過してから、保険会社からの依頼で連絡をしてきた。
担当の人間との報連相ができていて連絡してこなかったなら遅すぎるが、その事についての謝罪もこちらが指摘するまでない。代表名乗る人間がこれでは、この代理店で働く人間もそーなるのも納得。
 The other day, I got a call from a person who claims to be the representative, and even though I was in contact with him in response to complaints, he was always in trouble. Moreover, despite the trouble with the person in charge, I contacted him at the request of the insurance company after more than two weeks had passed.
It would be too late if I didn't get in touch with the person in charge, but I don't need to point out an apology for that. It is understandable that the person who claims to be the representative is also the person who works at this agency.
