名古屋市中村区名駅1丁目にあります
「住よし」さんです。
JR駅ホームにある立ち食いのお店♪
出張者のサラリーマンを中心にいつも賑わい
ある意味名古屋名物になりつつあるのかも(^^)
この日はビジネスランチ利用しました♪
券売機前でいつも悩みます（^^;
悩んだ結果いつもかき揚げきしめんにしちゃうのですが
今回は気になっていた他のメニューに挑戦！
★カレーきしめん 640円
大好きなカレー！
メニューは変われど
提供スピードは1分以内なのは凄いです(^^)
通常のカツオ出汁風味のスープの上に
とろみのあるカレーをミックスした感じ♪
辛みはほぼなく、
和風カレーのような味わいです♪
メニューを変えても
やっぱり住よしさんのきしめんって
いつ食べても安心の美味しさです(^^)
時間がないときには
本当にありがたいお店です♪
お腹もいっぱいになったので
仕事に行ってきます～♪

Stand-up shop on the platform of JR station ♪
Always crowded with office workers on business trips
In a sense, it may be becoming a Nagoya specialty (^^)
I used a business lunch on this day ♪
I always worry in front of the ticket vending machine (^^;
As a result of my worries, I always make kakiage kishimen.
This time I will try other menus that I was interested in!

The menu has changed
It is amazing that the delivery speed is within 1 minute (^ ^)
On top of regular bonito broth flavored soup
It feels like a mixture of thick curry ♪
There is almost no spiciness,
It tastes like Japanese curry ♪
Even if you change the menu
After all, Mr. Sumiyoshi's kishimen
It's delicious no matter when you eat it (^^)
When you don't have time
It's a really thankful shop ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中部地域住人以外に最も人気のあるきしめん屋と言っても過言ではないでしょう。東西名古屋を訪れる人にもっとも印象を残し、その雰囲気も相まって早い安い美味いを届けてくれます。きつねは甘さ控えめでカツオだしたっぷり。マダム店員が気持ちよくお出迎えしてくれます。
It is no exaggeration to say that it is the most popular kishimen restaurant other than the residents of the Chubu region. It leaves the most impression on visitors to East and West Nagoya, and together with its atmosphere, it delivers fast and cheap delicious food. The fox has a modest sweetness and plenty of bonito. The Madam clerk will welcome you comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋駅に到着しました。ちょうどお腹が空いてきたので、当然きしめんを食べることに。券売機で天ぷらそば・きしめんのチケットを買った瞬間に、そういえばお昼に伊勢うどんを食べたなぁと思い出してしまいました。蕎麦にするかきしめんにするか悩んだのですが、やはり名古屋に来たらきしめんを食べるべきだろうと思い、昼のうどんと重なってしまうけれどきしめんを注文しました。
きしめんの麺は、冷凍から温めます。かき揚げは一度揚げてあるものを再び揚げ直します。
約5分ほどで出来上がり。きしめんの上に乗ったかき揚げは熱々です。濃いめの出汁との相性もとてもいいです。
やはりきしめんを食べて良かったと思いました。
Arrived at Nagoya station. I'm just hungry, so of course I decided to eat kishimen. The moment I bought a ticket for tempura soba and kishimen at the ticket machine, I remembered that I ate Ise udon at noon. I was wondering whether to make soba or kishimen, but I thought that I should eat kishimen when I came to Nagoya, so I ordered kishimen, which overlaps with the udon noodles in the daytime.
Kishimen noodles are warmed from freezing. For kakiage, once fried, it is fried again.
It will be completed in about 5 minutes. Kakiage on top of kishimen is hot. It goes very well with the thick soup stock.
After all I thought it was good to eat kishimen.

かき揚げ玉子入りきしめん 590円 をいただきました。
期待以上に美味しかったです。熱田神宮で食べた宮きしめんよりも、こっちの方が好きかも。
名古屋に来たら再訪したいお店です。
Visited in February 2022.
I received 590 yen for kishimen with kakiage egg.
It was more delicious than I expected. Maybe I like this one more than the Miya Kishimen I ate at Atsuta Jingu.
This is a shop I would like to visit again when I come to Nagoya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホーム上にある当店は前から気になってましたが今回初めて食べました。初チャレンジは山菜きしめんを選択。500円で美味しいきしめんが食べられて満足でした。提供が早く10分もあれば入店から完食まで出来ますので、新幹線待ちの合間にオススメかと思います。
I've always been interested in our shop on the platform, but this time I ate it for the first time. For the first challenge, select Yamana Kishimen. I was happy to eat delicious kishimen for 500 yen. If it is served quickly and takes 10 minutes, you can complete the meal from entering the store, so I think it is recommended while waiting for the Shinkansen.

伊勢に行く途中ですが、小腹が空いたので名古屋駅で、きしめん を食べました。
名古屋ホーム内にある きしめん 住よし です。
ここのきしめんは、有名らしく、一度食べてみたいと思って寄りました。
11時頃だったと思いますが、混み具合は、それほどでもなくスムーズに入ることができました。
立ち食いきしめんのセルフ水です。
シンプルなきしめんを食べましたが、おいしいといった感想です。おいしいですが、普通感はあります。
普通においしいというのが最大の褒め言葉かもしれません。
Move from Shinagawa to Nagoya by Shinkansen.
I was on my way to Ise, but I was hungry so I ate kishimen at Nagoya station.
I'm Kishimen Sumiyoshi in the Nagoya home.
Kishimen here seems to be famous, so I stopped by because I wanted to try it once.
I think it was around 11 o'clock, but the crowd was not so much and I was able to enter smoothly.
It is a self-made water for standing eating kishimen.
I ate a simple kishimen, but I think it's delicious. It's delicious, but it feels normal.
The biggest compliment may be that it is normally delicious.
