野菜ばかりでお腹ふくれてしまって
帰宅後は食物繊維のお陰なのか
お腹のゴロゴロ雷で困りました。
腹痛になり吐き気がして食べ過ぎ？
そんなに食べてないのに。
普段野菜をあまり食べないからなんでしょうね。
たんぱく質は少しばかりのハムとソーセージ。
塩味結構気になって一切れずつ。
唐揚げもありましたが衣が分厚そうで食べる気ありませんでした。
やはり、食べ放題はお肉がメインの方が私的には合ってるなと痛感しました。
なので低い評価に。
ベジタリアンな方には最高の食べ放題でしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年家族でクリスマスディナーで利用します。今年は通常と同じ価格設定（昨年まではクリスマス価格）でした。
通販を利用して貯めたポイントで貰えるお食事券を使用するととってもお得です。
こだわりの新鮮な野菜やお豆腐、もくもくのハムソーセージ、パンなど通販で購入出来る食材を食べられます。通販を始める前のお試しにもなるし、普段利用している人はいつもかっているものをたっぷり色々食べられて嬉しいです。
デザートのジャージー牛のジェラートも絶品です。
コロナ禍で営業時間が短くなっているので注意。
ごーしちご米おにぎりなどのラストオーダーは20:00、その他ビュッフェのお料理が20:30までで、閉店時間が21:00でした。
早めの時間がゆっくり食べられそうです。
ただ120分の食べ放題なので、19:00過ぎた頃から待ちがすき始めてました。時間が短くて良ければ、狙い目の時間帯かもしれません。

The last order for rice balls, etc. was 20:00, the other buffet dishes were until 20:30, and the closing time was 21:00.
It seems that you can eat slowly in the early hours.
It's just 120 minutes all-you-can-eat, so I started to wait after 19:00. If the time is short, it may be the target time zone.

大阪駅のモクモクがなくなってしまったので名古屋に来たらここに来るのが楽しみです
The price is cheap and the vegetables are very delicious buffet! We are particular about sausages and meat dishes are served regularly in the live kitchen etc.
I'm looking forward to coming here when I come to Nagoya because the mokumoku of Osaka station is gone.

・ディナーは2700円/人
・味は全体的に薄目。素材の味を損なわないような配慮だろうか。
・全体的にメインのお肉等は少なく、野菜や総菜類が多い。
・ジェラートがマイウー。
・メインは少ないが、バリエーションが割とあるので、
食べ過ぎに注意ｗ
・おにぎりを握ってもらえる。（食べては無い）
・全体的に料理が冷めてる。保温がほぼ無い？
・店内は座席広めで席間隔も広めで落ち着いて食べれるが、
学生や若い人が多いためか、話し声がかなり煩い。
・フロアと明け透けなので、換気もくそもない。
・コロナ対策はアクリル板設置。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All you can eat about ¥2050 on saturday lunch included drink bar with no soda. Ice cream is better than haagen-dazs. Very few options of animal protein that they don’t refill at the end of the shift. Right on top of nagoya station you have to drop on the 12th floor by elevator then take the escalator to the 13. Nice clean place
