入ってみたら、いきなりエレベーターに乗って2Fに向かうように案内されました。どうやら1Fは相談窓口のみで、銀行としてのカウンター業務は2Fという設計になっているようです。
2Fはかなり狭い感じのスペースで、昨日にお邪魔した港南台店とは違って給茶機もありませんでした。もちろん、血圧測定器も・・(笑)
私以外のお客様がいない感じでしたので、相談以外のカウンターを利用するお客様は日に数えるほどしかいないのだと理解しました。そうして考えると、店舗の効率性であったり、ATMの効率性というのはとても難しいことだと思いました。

When I entered, I was guided to take the elevator to the second floor suddenly. Apparently, the first floor has only a consultation desk, and the counter work as a bank seems to be designed on the second floor.
The 2nd floor is a rather small space, and unlike the Konandai store that I visited yesterday, there was no tea machine. Of course, blood pressure measuring device ... (laughs)
I felt that there were no customers other than me, so I understood that there were only a few customers who used counters other than consultation. From that perspective, I thought that store efficiency and ATM efficiency are very difficult.
