アポイントに関する取り次ぎや連絡すらまともに出来ない非常にレベルの低い支店

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットでローン相談予約をしていきましたが、全く把握されていないようで、こちらの携帯で配信されたメールから受付番号を書き留め確認する始末。信用と信頼で銀行は成り立っている筈ですが、看板でのみ食べていけるロートル集団がいる支店という印象を受けました。対応ひとつでその銀行のイメージがこうも変わるもんなんですね、驚きです。
