あ	あるくまーる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お使い物に彩花の宝石を用意することになり、いつもは工場直販（南区辻）に行くのですが土曜・日曜・祝日はお休みだという事でこちらの南浦和店に伺いました。いつもの工場直売では食品工場の白衣を着た方が接客してくれるのですがコチラではキチンとした制服の方が接客していただきました。店構えと店内が工場直売とは違いかなり洗練されていてギャップに少し戸惑ってしまいました。目的のプレミアムゼリーコレクション（7種類21個入り）1,620円を購入。工場でも購入時に毎回いただくオマケをいただき、お店出口までお見送りしていただきました。工場とは違う洗練された対応に同じ会社とは思えないと少し笑いが出ながらお店を後にしました。オマケは自宅に帰ってから冷蔵庫で美味しくいただきました。ご馳走様でした。 I decided to prepare Ayaka jewels for my use, so I usually go to the factory direct sales (Tsuji, Minami-ku), but I visited this Minamiurawa store because it is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In the usual factory direct sales, people wearing white coats from food factories serve customers, but here, people with chitin uniforms serve customers. The storefront and interior are quite sophisticated, unlike the factory direct sales, and I was a little confused by the gap. Purchase the desired premium jelly collection (7 types, 21 pieces) for 1,620 yen. Even at the factory, we received a bonus every time we purchased it, and we sent it off to the store exit. I left the shop with a little laugh when I didn't think it was the same company because of the sophisticated response that was different from the factory. The bonus was delicious in the refrigerator after I got home. It was a treat.
소	소예 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼鏡を掛けた細身の50代後半から60代くらいの女性店員の方、最低な接客でした。以前からこのお店には度々お世話になっていましたが、こんな接客を受けたのは初めてでした。星一つすらつけたくないです。熨斗を必要としているのにも関わらず、「そういった場合でしたらお付けする必要はありません」と断固として要望を聞き入れてもらえず。しかも、用途まで根掘り葉掘り聞いてこられ不快感を覚えました。どういったスタッフ教育、接遇マナー指導をされていらっしゃるのでしょうか...。店内はBTSの曲がずっと掛かっていたのですが、有線なのか店員の方の選曲なのかはわかりませんが、店員の方の趣味で流しているのだとしたら、折角落ち着いた雰囲気の店内なのに、ゆっくりと商品を見る気分も滅入ってしまいます。お客さんへの配慮の欠片もないと思います。大好きな彩果の宝石ですが、二度とこちらの店舗では購入しません。 The slender female clerk in her late 50s to 60s with glasses was the worst customer service. I've been indebted to this shop for a long time, but this was the first time I've received such customer service. I don't even want to get one star. Even though I needed Noshi, I couldn't get the request firmly, saying, "In that case, you don't need to attach it." What's more, I was uncomfortable when I heard about root digging and leaf digging up to the intended use. What kind of staff education and hospitality etiquette guidance are you doing? BTS songs were playing all the time in the store, but I don't know if it's wired or the song selection by the clerk, but if it's a hobby of the clerk, the inside of the store has a calm atmosphere. However, the feeling of slowly looking at the product is also depressing. I don't think there is a fragment of consideration for customers. It's my favorite Ayaka jewel, but I'll never buy it at this store again.
