★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/11昼ドライブスルーで、注文したが、男性スタッフの対応が悪く、喋る声がマイク越しに、やる気の無さが伝わり、凄く不愉快な気持ちに成った!もう二度と行きたくない。
 I ordered it at the drive-through at noon on 10/11, but the male staff did not respond well, and the voice of the talk was transmitted through the microphone, and I felt very unpleasant! I don't want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安定のすき家だと思い、行きましたが、お局みたいな女性従業員さんが厨房外でも私語をしていて、しかもまぁまぁ大きな声で、お客さんなん組かいるのにとても残念でした。メニューをとるときや、他のお客さんにもすいません、とか言っていたから接客が悪いわけではないんだなと。その後クチコミをみてみたら悪評でうなづけます(^^;帰るときもありがとうございましたー♪もなく、私語が忙しいんだろうと思います。もう行きたくないなぁと思いました。
I thought it was a stable sukiya, but I went there, but it was a shame that a female employee like a bureau was speaking privately outside the kitchen, and there were a lot of customers in a loud voice. When I took the menu, I said I'm sorry for other customers, so it's not that the customer service is bad. After that, when I looked at the word-of-mouth, I nodded with a bad reputation (^^; Thank you when I returned ♪ I think that my language is busy. I don't want to go anymore.

～ 挨拶について ～
レジから数えて２番目の席に座りました。他の客が帰るたび、「ありがとうございます」を私が言われているような気がしてなりません。
私が会計した時も、離れた場所でとんちんかんな方向を見て言ってます。
挨拶ってこんなんで良いのでしょうか？
きちんと会計後のお客様を見て挨拶すべきだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自席でタッチパネル注文スタイルのお店です。いつもおろしポン酢のポン酢抜きを頼むのですが、結局店員さんにお願いしなければなりませんでした。
It is a touch panel order style shop with your own seat. I always ask for grated ponzu vinegar without ponzu sauce, but in the end I had to ask the clerk.

この店の接客はいつも雑で残念です。
店員は肉体労働で体が暑くなるのか
冬でも冷房が効いている不思議な店。
そして彼らは厨房での私語が多く
それらは客に筒抜けです（笑）
定期的に来るアンケートにもその旨は書いていますが
一向に改善される事はありません。

今回も入店時の挨拶なし。
相変わらずエアコンの風が冷たいので
温度を上げるようお願いしたが
要望を受け入れて頂けなかったので
仕方なくテーブル席へ移動しました。
ちなみに前回はオーダーを間違われました。

店員の私語はパワーアップしており
すき家ラジオが聞こえない程（笑）

混雑してたから私語は無かったが
店員は相変わらず何を言ってるのか

そして牛丼の盛り付けが酷い。
相変わらず斜め上を行ってる（笑）
