石	石野じぞう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日はランチを頂きにまいりました。昨今のコロナ禍で鮮魚店の奥にある食堂も本格稼働されるようになりました。食堂として営業は１１時から１４時３０分(LO １４時)。注文しましたのは「お造り定食」、７５０円(税抜き)。いか黄金の粕漬け、赤だし、ライス、お造りは甘エビ(?)、マグロ赤身、鯛、中トロ。この内容はその日によって変わるとのこと。新鮮なお刺身を美味しく頂けました。ご馳走さまでした、合掌。＊＊＊＊＊今日は「土用の丑」とのこと、鰻の蒲焼きを買い求めに来ました。国内産(鹿児島産)が２０００円、中国産が１５００円・・・。最近中国産の鰻の質も良くなってきていますが、鹿児島産を選択。蒲焼きと鰻の肝焼き４５０円を購入。夕食が待ちどおしいです。＊＊＊＊＊前回訪れたとき買い求めた「鯛のみあら」を自宅で料理したら新鮮で美味しいあら汁を作れました。お値段もお安く500円。今日もこれを買おうと行きましたが、残念ながら売り切れ。大トロの切り身と本日のお薦め「生マグロの短冊」を買い求めました。また、コロナ禍で緊急事態宣言発令中の京都府。解除されるまでは店の奥にある食堂は休業されているとのことでした。早く再開されることを望みます。 I came to have lunch today.
