そして誰が接客するという声が聞こえてき、大きな声で
担当:『私がいっきまーーーす』
ほかの社員:『どははは』
本当に好きなスーツなどを取り扱ってくれているにもかかわらず、このような扱いをされ、本当に悲しかったです。時間がそこしかない客もいるのに、どうしてそのような態度を取るのでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急遽礼服用のスーツが必要になり伺ったのですが、閉店間際の時間でも非常に丁寧に対応いただき大変助かりました。素晴らしいご接客でした。
I heard that I needed a suit for formal wear in a hurry, but it was very helpful to be very polite even at the time just before the store closed. It was a wonderful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部の若い従業員が対応中にも関わらず、持ち場を離れ、コソコソと笑い合っていた。
お金をもらって働いているのだから、最低限対応中くらいは接客というものをして欲しかった。
コソコソと笑い合ってるのも、自分のことではなくても、客側に見れば、自分のことかな？と感じてしまう。とても不快なお店でした。
買おうと思って手に取った商品も買う気が失せました。
こんな思いはしたくないので、この店舗だけでなく、他の店舗にも二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも行ってるお店がコロナ休業要請で閉まってたので、近隣店舗のこちらへ行きました。
メンバーカードで、いつものサイズのシャツを出してくれたし、忘れてきたDMの特典価格にしてくれたし、ととても助かりました。
そしていつものごとく、店頭までのお見送り、恐れ多い限りです。
The store I always go to was closed due to a request to close Corona, so I went to a nearby store.
