Some caveats: you must book in advance (a couple of days), appointments can take some time since instructors have to check each stage of the process, and of course, you risk running into an unprepared student, or a student just having a bad day. You can also pay a little more for specific stylists (I didn't see anyone for more than 2,000円), but I'm sure you have to book them much further in advance. I went in and opted for a pretty big style change. Received compliments, so I assume it is well received! Will be returning here for my next cut (:
