他のサイトで売り切れてる商品を取り扱っていたため購入しました。
自動返信に「店頭で売り切れてる場合、自動キャンセルします。在庫がある場合は発送します。」のように記載されておりましたが、1週間経っても音沙汰なく確認のメールしたところ、担当者不在でこれから確認しますとのこと。
結果的に店頭にて在庫切れのためキャンセルされてしまいました。
店頭での在庫切れは仕方がないものの、通販を行う以上、ステータスをもう少し早く確認・連絡してほしいです。
ちなみにサイト上は未だに在庫ありの表示です。管理しているのか不審に思います。
