ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲間内で一足早い忘年会に訪れたのは表町路地裏の椙（すぎ）、5年ぶりの訪問です。民家風の佇まい、人通りの少ない裏通りの立地です。事前予約で座敷テーブル席を確保、掘りごたつ式より楽ちんですね^^;　かなり長いテーブル、10人くらいは大丈夫でしょう！天使の誘惑で乾杯、先附を頂きます。季節の八寸ですね、奥の鱧白子は繊細な味わい、手前の蟹煮凝りは風味豊か、鴨肉は脂のる前であっさり、銀杏は旬の味わいですね^^　椀物はえびいも糝薯、とろみの中に煮崩れしない芋が甘く佇みます。次に登場はクエの炙り、海塩で頂きますが独特のプルプル食感は炙っても健在です！。造りは中トロの握りと一緒に供されます。肉厚の鰆はあっさりながら旨味がしっかり、ハリイカは独特の甘みがありますね。鯛のおかしらは酒蒸しで登場、あら炊きよりも繊細な味わい、鯛身の旨さを堪能です。鯖寿司は大きな焼き海苔に巻いて頂きます。酢はあっさりで中〆の役割を果たします。焼酎は佐藤黒からなかむらへ．．．癖のない味わいで懐石系に合います。油物はクジラの竜田揚げ、給食に出た年代ですがこちらのは独特の臭みはまったくなく、上質な味わいでした。替鉢は甘鯛、淡白な白身を上品に仕上げています。食事は3種から選択可能、懐石系では珍しいビーフカレーを選びました。和風出汁かと思いきや、しっかりスパイスの効いた本格派、少量でもインパクトありました^^;　デザートの熟柿と栗プリンを頂きながらまったり．．． It was the first time in 5 years that I visited a year-end party that was a little earlier in the group, and it was the first time in five years. K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着いた一軒家で、靴を脱いで上がるお店です。初めて行った時、実は胃炎を起こしていたのですが…しかしとっても優しいお味で、美味しくデザートまで完食！キャンセルしなくて良かった(^-^) 店主は料理の腕はもちろん良く、ユーモアもあって素敵です。ワインソムリエさんがいらっしゃいます。 It's a calm house, and you can take off your shoes and go up.
