素材の良さと薄味の料理はとても美味しいです。また自家製の豆腐、豆乳、厚揚げは隠れた逸品です。更に江戸前の鰻料理もお薦めします。

初めてお邪魔しましたが 大将がいろいろ話しかけてくれ、とても気持ちよく飲めました。亀の手を初めて食べました。大将の繊細さが伝わる料理です。次回はここ1件でのんびり飲みたいと思うお店です。

鰻が評判のお店ですが、鱧の天ぷらや鰆の刺身、名物厚揚げ、鱧寿司、鰻の白焼きどれも本当に美味しかった!是非また行きたいお店。大将も気さくな方で面白かった(笑)

初めて来させて頂きましたが、料理も美味しく、厚揚げやうなぎがおすすめです! 1人でカウンターでも、座敷に団体で15人くらいでもいけそうです!

久しぶりの飲み会で、あるもにさんに来させていただきました? 何を食べても美味しいですが、特に厚揚げが美味しい? 豆腐好きの私にとって、いつも楽しみで仕方ありません♪ 鰻も白焼きがおつまみとしては最適! みんなにもぜひ食べていただきたいです^ ^

とにかく最高に美味しい! 付だしのおでんに始まりから良い❤️ 特に毎日こちらで作られるという手作りのお豆腐は最高!湯豆腐は途中湯葉も出来ちゃうし、最後まで頂ける。 また厚揚げも出来立て、揚げたては、初めての美味しさ! 生と炙りの鰆、天然の本マグロ、いかのお刺身。こんなに美味しい鰆はどれくらいぶりだろう?! お酒は懐かしい呉春。 あとは岡山のお酒が揃い、荒走りもお料理に合うお酒でした。 照り焼きのぶりも香ばしく、パサつきなく、蛤の酢味噌和えなどがこのタイミングでくるとホッとしますね。 贅沢にも松茸の佃煮は香りが凝縮されているのに驚き。 シメサバの和え物も酒呑みの終盤を締めくくるのにはとても楽しい逸品。 大将も腹から出る声や言葉は気持ちがいい?次回岡山に行く時は必ずまた伺いますね❤️今度は鰻の白焼きが食べたいです!
