★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水邊是一整片的菅芒草，可能是因此命名，要從主要徑路另外走樓梯下來才能到達，相對的人也比較少、比較安靜。
At the water's edge is a whole piece of Sorbus sibiricus. It may be named after that. It takes another staircase from the main path to reach it. There are relatively few people and relatively quiet.

蔦七沼の中では、中規模の沼で、ここも湖面が鏡のよう。
沼から流れ出る渓流が直ぐ側にあるため、音も楽しめる。
You can approach Suganuma by entering a little from the walking path in the Wilderness Forest.
In the Shichinanuma, it is a medium-sized swamp, and here the lake surface is like a mirror.
Because the mountain stream flowing out of the swamp is on the immediate side, you can enjoy the sound.

It’s a good short walk. The route is not too difficult for walking. Just follow the sign. At the last junction before coming to this point, follow the sign saying 140 m to shelter. It’s a nice view but at the time I visited, the leaves are still quite green. 16 October 2018

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝早起きして蔦沼に行ったので散歩がてらに沼の散策。ゆっくり歩いて写真撮影しながら一時間半ほどで一周しました。
たどり着いた菅沼は神秘的で風もなく水面が水鏡になって紅葉に染まった木々を映していました。
蔦沼より綺麗と感じてしまうほどです。
散策出来るコースはシューズや防寒着、帽子の着用をして挑みましょう。足元が悪い時ありますのでご注意を。
I woke up early in the morning and went to Kakinuma, so I took a walk through the swamp. I walked slowly and took a photo in about an hour and a half while taking pictures.
The Kakinuma we arrived at was mysterious and had no wind and the water surface became a water mirror, reflecting trees dyed in autumn leaves.
It feels more beautiful than Kakinuma.
Let's challenge the course that you can take a walk by wearing shoes, winter clothes, and a hat. Please note that there are times when your feet are bad.
