2段になった段差を川が流れている感じ。
それに、昔は遊歩道だっただろう道は、今は整備されていなく、まぁ、歩ける状態ではありません。
なので、道路から見下ろす感じ。
一応、ガードレール乗り越えて、川の上まで、草をかき分けて行ってみましたが、そこまで感動するような景色ではありません。
余裕があったら、寄ってみたら？
くらいですかね。
100mくらい、坂下ったところに、そこそこ広いスペースがあるので、車は停められます。

Besides, the road that used to be a promenade is now undeveloped and, well, not in a walkable state.
So it feels like looking down from the road.
For the time being, I tried to get over the guardrail and push through the grass to the top of the river, but the scenery is not so impressive.
